  • Proven track record of developing successful merchandising strategies for new content acquisitions and channel integrations

  • Experience standing up and optimizing user growth programs, particularly as they relate to subscription business models

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage limited data to inform decision-making

  • Experience working with international teams and an understanding of cultural nuances in content consumption and commercial behaviors

  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviors and discovery habits with entertainment, especially as they intersect with a content catalog and related services

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively influence and contribute with concrete recommendations/next steps, across both regional and global teams

  • Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and constantly ask ‘why’

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
