The Role

We are looking for a creative Marketing Manager to join our team. As Marketing Manager, Nordics - you’re responsible for crafting and executing 360 marketing campaigns promoting our content, brand and product to consumers in the region - with the goal of generating conversation.

The ideal candidate is creatively strong and eager to create impactful work that get people talking. You have a strategic mindset, using data and insights to guide your decisions but also rely on your experience and intuition. You have a proven track record of leading projects from strategy inception through to successful launch. Your passion for entertainment—whether it’s series, films, or unscripted content— allows you to understand and connect deeply with different types of audiences. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias towards taking action - and you can function well despite ambiguity or changing priorities. You are a collaborative team player who fosters positive dynamics within the team and with partners, contributing selflessly to Netflix’ success in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate clear, concise marketing strategies that position Netflix and our titles in a way that resonates with the consumer.

  • Develop and execute detailed go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment between strategy, creative execution, and business objectives.

  • Manage relationships with both internal and external partners. I.e. filmmakers and creators, ensuring they understand (and are bought in) how we’re bringing their film/series to market.

  • Brief and manage the day-to-day contact with agency partners (creative, media, production, etc), ensuring their work delivers maximal impact.

  • Budget management, ensuring we allocate our funds in the best way.

  • Work on special projects; stunts, content creation, digital activations, events, acquisition campaigns and more.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience from 360 entertainment marketing in the Nordics.

  • Proven track record of creating creatively excellent work that generate impact.

  • Experience working with media agencies on planning / buying for large 360 campaigns and a strong understanding of the social landscape and key platforms relevant to our region.

  • Concise and clear communicator, with written and oral communication skills in English and at least one of the Nordic languages.

  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team.

  • A self-starter, that can easily connect the dots, see opportunities and get things done.
