The Partner Marketing team drives acquisition and retention through a series of marketing and promotional activities with Operator brands across APAC such as Docomo, KDDI, SKT, KT, Jio, Airtel, Foxtel, Optus, AIS, Spark, etc. As a member of the Marketing Partnerships team, you will wear several hats to ensure that the APAC team runs smoothly from asset management to various other team operations tasks. In this role you will work with a variety of cross-functional internal partners, vendors and external distribution partners. The applicant should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working autonomously to meet daily and long-term deadlines.
The ideal candidate is technically knowledgeable across asset types, systems, and technologies and excels at translating complexity into simplicity whilst working with geographically dispersed teams. You are able to define best practices and frameworks, lead operational change management, and identify and implement cross-functional solutions that will drive measurable creative operations at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Asset Management Expert. Drive efficiency and best practices in asset management and fulfilment both internally (for our teams, workflows, and tooling) and externally (for how we outsource tasks to partners and agencies).
  • Operational Strategist. Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve how we can efficiently support partner campaigns across Netflix APAC. Improve workflows and tools to close gaps and make meaningful change. Define clear and attainable goals, and deliver continuous measurable improvements on these.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination. Ability to balance the short and long-term needs of multiple cross-functional teams. Lead and manage communication and workflow on a range of creative projects, ensuring effective exchange of deliverables with cross-functional and external partners. Ability to effectively and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines and project deliverables with internal and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6+ years experience, preferably with experience in an entertainment or agency environment.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners - internal, external and agency partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks and escalate issues as needed.
  • Proven experience fulfilling and managing large sets of assets in complex asset management environments.
  • Existing knowledge and experience in production briefs, and confidence in actioning briefs to deliver a variety of creative outputs.
  • Knowledge of A/V and Artwork file types and specifications, and digital file specs and size formats
  • Room to grow and support major creative partnerships in APAC.
