Members can watch as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, on any internet-connected screen.
The DACH countries were one of the first markets we launched in Europe (2014). Today, we continue to invest in a strong slate of locally produced DACH titles alongside our global US slate, making Netflix unique, accessible, and highly entertaining for local consumers.
The Role
The Title Marketing Director, DACH role will be based in Berlin. They will manage a local Title Marketing team responsible for creating and executing title-specific strategies, leveraging our local original shows and movies to create conversation and talkable moments for the Netflix brand, our shows & movies, and the talent featured within. We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader who can bring sharp, sophisticated, and innovative thinking to the team while focusing on operational excellence both internally (execution, cross-functional collaboration) and externally (bold creative assets, holistic consumer campaigns, & beneficial partnerships).

Experience & Skills:

  • A history of strong team leadership, a leader who is highly skilled at cross-functional collaboration, someone who feels challenged and energized by the entertainment industry's deep transformation over the last decade, a leader who understands the value of diverse experiences and backgrounds and has a track record of building inclusive teams. The Ideal candidate will have experience working within intricate global or regional structures, with a proven ability to navigate complex, cross-functional teams and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will set and lead the title marketing strategy to have the most amount of business impact, leveraging market and audience insights, programming needs and brand positioning
  • You will lead and launch unique and innovative campaigns for our local shows and movies and import titles from other markets that resonate with the DACH audience
  • You will work closely with the local Partnerships team responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of local commercial and brand partnerships
  • Cross-functional Excellence. You will serve as a key voice in aligning marketing, comms, publicity, content, business development, payments, and other key stakeholders.
  • Inspiring leadership: You will lead by example in alignment with our principles of Freedom and Responsibility and Context, not Control, giving guidance to your team but also the space and support to thrive at Netflix.
