Whether you're solving problems, building market-leading products or exploring how AI can make work smarter, you'll have the freedom to create and the trust to deliver.

If you're ready to grow, shape the future of fintech and join an ambitious, high-performing team, this is the place for you.

Your impact

Our website is the heart of our brand and our most powerful growth engine. As Website Manager, you will take full ownership of Mollie’s digital storefront, ensuring it is a high-performing, user-centric experience that converts visitors into loyal customers. You aren't just maintaining pages; you are building a scalable digital infrastructure that supports our rapid expansion across Europe.

Working closely with Brand, Content, and Engineering, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution. You’ll be the gatekeeper of quality and performance, using data to drive constant improvements and ensuring our site remains the benchmark for excellence in the fintech space. This is a role for a strategic operator who understands that a great website is a living, breathing asset that requires both technical precision and a deep understanding of the customer journey.

What you'll ship

  • Entrepreneurial and extremely hands-on: Take full ownership end-to-end, roll up your sleeves, build and iterate on pages yourself in Framer

  • Lead the strategic roadmap for the global website, balancing commercial growth goals with technical performance and brand integrity

  • Drive continuous conversion rate optimisation (CRO) through rigorous A/B testing, user behaviour analysis, and UX improvements

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our CMS, ensuring content updates across multiple locales are seamless and high-quality

  • Partner with SEO and Content teams to implement technical best practices that increase organic visibility and site authority

  • Oversee the technical health of the site, including page speed, security, and mobile responsiveness, in collaboration with our web developers

  • Manage external agency relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience in website management or digital product management within a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven expertise in managing modern Headless CMS architectures and complex web ecosystems

  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, web analytics, and performance tracking tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate between designers, developers, and marketing leads

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex user data into actionable website improvements

  • Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and how they impact customer conversion and brand perception
