Your opportunity
At Mollie, we’re on a mission to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe.
We started 20 years ago when we launched a more direct, affordable way for companies to get paid. That provided an alternative to the frustrating, overpriced solutions that banks offered at the time.
Today, we serve more than 250,000 businesses across Europe with an all-in-one solution that simplifies payments and money management. And we’re a 850-strong team of product, finance, support, commerce, and engineering specialists working across Europe.
As a GTM Systems Engineer, you will design, operate, and scale the systems that power Mollie’s go-to-market engine, enabling sales, marketing, and customer success to move faster and smarter. You will work in a cross-functional environment alongside application engineers, data and machine learning specialists, and process managers to build end-to-end, data-driven GTM solutions.
What you'll be doing
Collaborate closely with application engineers, data and machine learning teams, and process managers to design, build, and iterate on GTM systems and workflows that support our commercial strategy.
Administer and optimize our core GTM stack, including HubSpot, Iterable, Bigmind AI, Cognism, Similarweb, Lusha, and related sales/marketing tools.
Design and maintain integrations between GTM tools and our data warehouse using Hightouch and APIs, ensuring accurate, real-time data for GTM teams and ML-driven use cases.
Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, experiments, and GTM programs.
Work with data and ML teams to activate predictive models (for scoring, churn, or next best action) inside GTM tools and campaigns.
Maintain clear documentation of data models, workflows, and integrations to support scalability, transparency, and compliance.
Identify opportunities to simplify the GTM tech stack, reduce spend, and improve data quality and reporting.
What you'll bring
A customer-first mindset, dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of internal GTM stakeholders and end customers.
4+ years of experience as a GTM Systems Engineer, RevOps Engineer, or Enterprise Applications Engineer supporting sales and marketing teams.
Advanced skills in administering and integrating GTM platforms such as HubSpot, Iterable, Hightouch, or adjacent SaaS tools.
Strong understanding of SaaS application lifecycle management and GTM concepts such as lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and campaign orchestration is a plus.
Advanced technical troubleshooting abilities across integrated SaaS environments, ensuring efficient resolution of data and workflow issues.
Impeccable technical documentation and knowledge base writing skills, making complex systems easy to understand and maintain.
Ability to work independently with excellent organization, prioritizing a busy roadmap and balancing quick wins with long-term architecture.
A collaborative spirit, comfortable working in cross-functional teams with engineering, data, ML, operations, and business stakeholders.
Proactive in promoting technology innovation, researching and evaluating new GTM and AI-driven technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
Familiarity with secure handling of customer and prospect data, and with security and privacy practices relevant to GTM systems.
