Your Mission: Drive Operational Excellence in Sales Enablement

This is not a traditional quality assurance role. You are not merely a support function. You are the strategic thinker and operational enabler who ensures our commercial engine runs flawlessly and effectively. Your mission is to identify operational friction, streamline processes, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance Mollie's sales performance and drive growth.

What You'll Achieve

You are a strategic enabler diagnosing friction points, building scalable solutions, and enabling performance through operational insight and tooling.

Efficiency Improvement and Process Adherence:

  • Identify inefficiencies across sales workflows and implement streamlined, scalable solutions.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate existing procedures to prevent potential issues.

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to refine and streamline sales operations, driving smoother workflows and higher productivity.

Product Feedback and Adoption:

  • Design structured mechanisms for capturing feedback from Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Partnerships.

  • Analyze product feedback to offer actionable insights for sales tools and products.

  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure feedback drives product development and enhancements, closing gaps and improving functionality.

Performance Management:

  • Conduct ongoing assessments and generate insightful reports to enhance the adoption rates of sales tools and processes.

  • Analyze performance data to pinpoint coaching opportunities and areas for individual and team improvement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Training and Development team for targeted training programs that drive skill enhancement and performance.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Leverage data to prioritize initiatives delivering the highest impact on sales performance.

  • Create and present comprehensive reports to management and stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.

  • Address productivity leaks by identifying inefficiencies and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of data.
