The opportunity

As our Senior Learning Manager, you'll spearhead the design and delivery of impactful leadership programs, fostering growth and development for our team leads.. You'll provide expert coaching to managers navigating the challenges of leading diverse, distributed teams in a dynamic environment. This role involves collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to identify needs and create innovative solutions. You will own and evolve our current leadership development offerings while building new programs to address emerging needs. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of leadership at Mollie, empowering our people to thrive.

This role reports to the Head of L&D and Social Impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and deliver engaging leadership development programs and initiatives aligned with Mollie's values and strategic goals.

  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to managers and leaders, supporting their development and growth.

  • Develop and maintain a robust leadership development framework, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.

  • Assess leadership needs across the organization, collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders to identify key areas of focus.

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs, using data and feedback to drive improvements.

  • Stay current with the latest leadership development trends, research, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure seamless integration of leadership development initiatives with other talent processes.

  • Mentor the rest of the L&D team, creating opportunities to collaborate closely on leadership skills with the different learning specialists in the organization.

  • Manage vendors and consultants as appropriate, as well as identify and champion external content that can complement our internal content offering.

  • Manage the budget and resources allocated to leadership development programs.

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coach managers and leaders, with formal coaching training: a formal coaching certification is desirable.

  • Understanding of leadership development best practices and learning strategies beyond traditional training.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and working with distributed teams.

  • Passion for people development and fostering a growth culture.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
