Your opportunity:
We’re searching for a bold, pragmatic and technology driven Sales Operations leader. In this role, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, your goal is to transform the effectiveness of our customer and partner acquisition and growth teams and technology.
Mollie has ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond, including expansion into new products and geographies. We are investing heavily in sales and marketing and the underlying technology to boost our revenue growth in our new and existing markets and products.
What you'll do:
Lead a team of sales tech engineers to build solutions that drive conversion and efficiency for our customer and partner acquisition and growth teams
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and automate our sales and retention processes and tech stack, through technology incl. machine learning and artificial intelligence
Implement effective performance steering in our acquisition and growth teams, embedding it at all levels of the organisation
Lead sales enablement, embedding technology, sales processes and product knowledge in the teams. Boost the effectiveness of our teams through sales training and providing a knowledge academy
Own pricing strategy, tools and process for customer and partner deals and use data insights to optimise pricing to drive net revenue growth
Collaborate closely with our Planning & Analysis team to create insights that allow you to identify opportunities for growth
What you'll bring:
Sales Operations Expertise: Over 10 years of experience in sales or revenue operations roles, spanning at least two different organizations.
Experience in B2B SME sales organisations, ideally selling SAAS solutions
Technical Acumen: Experience managing or working closely with sales tech engineering teams, with a deep understanding of sales technology and tools, including practical knowledge of machine learning and AI for sales automation. Your first intuition is to solve problems through technology
Leadership Experience: Over 5 years of management experience, leading cross-functional teams of 20+ colleagues, with a demonstrated passion for coaching and talent development.
Action-Bias: A strong bias for action with a natural talent for simplifying complex processes, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where continuous prioritization is essential.
