Mollie is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Global Payroll Specialist to join our talented Finance Team based in Amsterdam.
We are on the mission to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe. In the next couple of years, we will be opening offices all around Europe and you will have the opportunity to be part of it! What you will be doing
Responsible for payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and working closely with the HR team.
Setting up our payroll in new countries that Mollie expands to.
Benefits administration. We offer a range of benefits and you will need to make sure that all of these are up to date and processed through payroll well.
Managing the monthly payroll processes including salary data analyzing, processing, checking data input and output, review payslips and corrections.
Answer questions from employees regarding payroll.
Review payroll GL accounts and provide backup to the Financial Reporting team.
Perform internal audits and/or support external wage tax audits when required.
Process improvements: Streamline payroll processes, reporting and systems with our HRIS specialist.
Transformation projects: Participate in HR transformation projects, support new global payroll provider integration.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
What you will bring
Around 5 years of previous experience in global payroll.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with Global payroll platforms would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
Extensive knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
