Your Opportunity

You will join our Integrations team, where you will be translating business logic into API calls and vice versa. Our mission is to improve the merchant’s financial process, merchants’ from easy payments to reconciliation. Working with SaaS platforms and sub-merchant structures such as franchises and marketplaces is also in scope.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and shape Mollie’s position in European markets and their merchants experiences through our SaaS integrations

• Work closely with our product managers to turn great ideas into elegant and impactful products

• Manage all possible internal and external stakeholders and keep them updated on any developments within your integrations.

• Taking a supporting role in the pre-sales process to optimize the potential SaaS platform’s payment offering.

• Work alongside our Partnership and Business Development managers as well as Senior Solution Engineers during dealmaking and complex integrations

• Create and maintain a clear overview of the different integrations and their specific features. Communication to/with the other teams is key.

• Create scoping documents, SLAs and similar guidelines to ensure a right-the-first-time approach

• Support Go To Market of new integrations by training the Business Development and Sales Engineering teams.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years work experience as a Solution Engineer or Product Manager in the software industry

• Eagerness to dive into the details, find solutions and take ownership

• You’re comfortable when it gets technical, you can communicate easily with Engineers and Product Managers

• You have understanding of different APIs, some coding languages and technology landscapes

• A good understanding of tech company tooling like Github, Jira, Confluence, etc.

• A feeling for the commercial drivers of our partners

• A basic understanding of bookkeeping would open up additional project opportunities for you
