Your opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Manager for the Benelux region. As the Field Marketing Manager for the Benelux region, you will be a pivotal part of our regional leadership team. You will own the marketing strategy, come up with bold and creative ideas, manage all channels, and oversee PR, events, partner marketing, and media collaborations all within budget and timeline. Your role will involve targeting a diverse range of stakeholders, including startups, larger businesses, digital agencies, and SaaS companies.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, budget and execute the marketing strategy in line with the company and the regional goals

  • Ideation and execution of marketing campaigns and activities such as: brand awareness; lead generation; lead nurturing; PR; events; content marketing

  • Own and execute event strategy

  • Closely work together with central marketing teams as product, partner, SEO, and content marketing and own localisation

  • Revenue driven: Analyse the numbers and see which channels are working

  • Spot opportunities, analyse (industry/market) trends

What you'll bring:

  • Dutch native

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role, it’ll be a plus if it’s in a similar/fintech industry

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
