Be loved. Be bold. Be authentic. We feel like banking has been set up against us for too long. From overdraft fees to payment processing, banking products are confusing, stressful and frankly — boring. By contrast, Mollie was founded to change the status quo. We’re building a new generation of financial products designed to work entirely for our customers. A product-first approach that our customers can truly benefit from. If you love to create, disrupt and change things for the better, you’re a Mollie-in-the-making. This is a place where change is constant. Up for it?

Mollie initially launched in the UK in early 2021, licenced via the Temporary Permissions Regime for EU-based financial services firms operating in the UK. The small team was composed of Marketing, Sales and Partnerships and has since grown to 25 people across Commerce, Finance, IT and HR. Mollie was granted a Payment Institution licence from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority in June 2023, solidifying its commitment to serving SMEs based in the UK.
