About the Team
About the Role
Miro for Manufacturing, one of the first vertical businesses built on top of Miro's platform.
Hundreds of manufacturers already run on Miro today, including some of the greatest brands in the world. Your job is to build the specialized solutions and advanced workflows that solve their biggest challenges, turning that footprint into a defined, purpose-built manufacturing business - then proving the model works, deal by deal.
What you’ll do
- Own the zero-to-one for Miro's dedicated manufacturing solutions: build the specialized workflows and applications that turn our existing manufacturing footprint into a defined business, then own the continued scaling as it grows
- Identify the use cases where Miro can win in manufacturing, and translate them into a product and sales story manufacturers immediately recognize as their own problem
- Identify target accounts, map the champion and buying committee, and personally carry the earliest deals across the line. Partner with our GTM organisation to align them towards the industry.
- Partner directly with Product and Engineering to turn what you know about how manufacturing organizations actually operate: The stakeholders, the buying process and the day-to-day realities into roadmap decisions
- Represent Miro for Manufacturing externally: on stage at industry events, in front of VP of Operations buyers, and inside the analyst and consultancy ecosystem that shapes how manufacturers evaluate new tools
- Build the team and operating rhythm this vertical needs as it scales past its first customers, hiring for the same blend of operating depth and commercial polish you bring yourself
What you’ll need
- 10+ years of combined experience across manufacturing operations and consulting, including at least 3–4 years at the Engagement Manager / Associate Partner level (or equivalent) in a top consultancy
- Manufacturing operator experience, in a role like project/program management, engineering, or operations, including managing a portfolio of continuous-improvement projects — this is what lets you spot the use cases where Miro can actually win
- Manufacturing-consulting bilingualism: credible in a plant-floor conversation about a production line and a boardroom conversation about ROI and deal structuring, in the same day
- Seniority to match the room — you've independently owned relationships with VPs and above, at the level of an Engagement Manager or Associate Partner in a top consultancy, so the earliest pipeline doesn't need someone more senior alongside you
- Hands-on enough to build it yourself — comfortable prototyping a solution directly in Miro, using tools like Miro Flows, and constructing the ROI case that makes it real for both a buyer and our own Product and Engineering teams
- Enterprise sales execution — you've carried deals across the line yourself, from first conversation to signature, and know how to map a buying committee and build a champion
- Presence in the rooms that shape how manufacturers buy — comfortable on stage at industry events and credible inside the analyst and consultancy ecosystem manufacturers already trust
- Operates with the same confidence in ambiguity as in a defined playbook — this role starts with more questions than answers
- Builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders, on both the customer side and internally with Product and Engineering
- Biased to action: prototypes and tests ideas rather than waiting for a fully-formed plan
