About the Team
The regional marketing function at Miro focuses on driving pipeline and revenue across our key markets. Our regional marketing team executes 80+ high-touch programs (executive roundtables, dinners, networking events, conferences) efficiently and at scale and you will be a critical part of making that happen.
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Logistics & Vendor Management: Serve as the execution partner for regional marketers, overseeing the complete operational lifecycle of events
- Venue Sourcing and Management: Planning, sourcing, negotiating, and booking high-quality venues and catering for executive events
- Managing procurement, contracting, and compliance processes with third-party vendors and contractors
- Coordinating collateral, shipping, and on-site logistics for various regional programs.
- Managing post-event operations including lead upload and reporting
- Process Optimization: Actively identify and implement significant, AI-driven process improvements to streamline event logistics, vendor management, and contract sourcing across the region
- Reporting Support: Assist the regional team with key operational reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate data related to event budgets, vendor performance, and regional campaign metrics
Working with the Head of EMEA Marketing, and partnering with regional sales leaders, design and execute a regional marketing program that lays the foundation for generating and accelerating pipeline in our emerging EMEA regions - Channel-First Execution & Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with our dedicated Partner Marketing and Channel teams to execute co-branded marketing motions alongside local partners, with a strong focus on partner-led events
What you’ll need
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Field Marketing or Event Marketing, preferably within the SaaS/Technology sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, budgets, and vendors simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Direct experience with event planning including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management and managing third-party suppliers and contractors.
- Experience with, or a strong aptitude for, using AI/automation tools and data to make operational processes more efficient.
- Some exposure to working with partner marketing and channel partners. Prior experience with channel and partner-first marketing motions is highly valued.
