About the Team

CAIT team sits under Miro’s Chief Transformation Officer and reports directly to our CEO. We are responsible for testing and rolling out Lighthouse AI Transformation Programs with Miro’s largest customers. The team plays a crucial role in helping our customers transform their businesses by bringing the full power of Miro’s multi-player collaborative AI Innovation Workspace to customers’ environment.

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs, and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office as our baseline.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer AI Transformation Manager to join Miro’s Customer AI Transformation (CAIT) team to drive AI transformation engagements with some of our largest & most strategic customers. The role will lead lead pre-sales efforts and projects to implement AI Transformation programs using Miro AI solutions for customers through bootcamps, prototyping, piloting and scaling of AI solutions across the customer organization.

An experienced Customer AI Transformations Manager will be focused on applying AI solutions to transform and automate business processes for leading enterprises. The role engages directly with C-level executives to identify high-impact opportunities, implement enterprise-grade AI solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, it requires strong domain expertise and the ability to guide complex, AI-enabled change programs.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with C-level executives to identify high-impact AI transformation opportunities and develop comprehensive implementation strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to create compelling business cases with detailed ROI models and success metrics
  • Design AI/ML-enabled workflows and lead proof-of-concept development to validate solutions before full-scale deployment
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive change adoption across large enterprise organizations
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, ensuring process automation delivers measurable efficiency gains
  • Contribute to thought leadership through publications, industry events, and best practice development

What you’ll need

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy/operations roles in a SaaS/tech company requiring a blend of analytical, strategic, and cross-functional work. Experience in strategy / management consulting is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the work of Sales, Customer Success and Solutions Engineering work in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Track record of executing on "0 to 1" projects: experimental mindset and ability to test & learn
  • Strong operational and change management experience, with a track record of driving complex projects with multiple stakeholders to success
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact effectively across the organization including with senior executive
  • Experience working with customers on solving real life problems under tight deadlines
