What you’ll do
- Actively look for opportunities to apply AI to daily tasks, automate routine processes, and improve overall operational efficiency
- Orchestrate important relationships by managing a personal CRM, connecting with key external people, and encouraging meaningful interactions across the company, always looking for ways to use AI to automate and improve these processes
- Maximize Executive’s effectiveness through smart time management, tracking action items, and optimizing calendars, actively exploring and implementing AI solutions for efficiency
- Improve the Executive's external presence by coordinating compelling presentations, speeches, and content, using internal resources for maximum impact, and using AI to enhance content and research
- Drive team excellence by building a high-performing culture, identifying areas for improvement, and leading engaging social activities, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks
- Seamlessly manage complex logistics, including international travel, offsite events, and leadership meetings, ensuring perfect execution
- Serve as a key communicator, writing professional messages, handling sensitive information, and representing the executive across various platforms, using AI for communication drafts and analysis
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and participate in transformative projects that shape Miro's collaborative culture, bringing an automation-first mindset to all tasks
What you’ll need
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving ability
- Interpersonal Acumen: Ability to develop productive relationships across functions, levels, and cultures
- Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Service-Oriented Approach: Highly accountable and empathetic for the user. Ultimate sense of ownership for the final outcome. Total focus on the user and their experience. Is motivated by the final user/customer being happy
- A curious mindset and a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies, especially in the field of AI and automation
- Resilience: ability handle a high-growth and fast-changing environment
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with international travel coordination
- Proficiency in Google Apps, AI and other productivity and collaboration tools
- Previous experience as Chief of Staff to a CEO or Founder in a smaller, high-growth startup is a nice to have
