We're looking for a passionate and skilled FullStack Software Engineer (FE focus) to join Tables team in Amsterdam.
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Translate company ambitions into that programs that help GTM realize new levels of impact
- Define and evolve Miro’s GTM operating model to elevate how the field executes their roles
- Lead cross-functional alignment across several initiatives touching Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS to drive execution and deliver new products to market successfully
- Set GTM strategy & program priorities, success metrics, and governance in collaboration with leaders
- Drive global GTM consistency while adapting strategies for regional needs, ensuring launches and programs are scalable, relevant, and effective across diverse markets
- Design and run program structures that ensure accountability, speed, and impact at the highest level
- Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, providing insights that sharpen direction
- Mentor and uplevel team members across the org, regardless of reporting lines
What you’ll need
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a proven track record of leading initiatives within complex, large-scale environments (more focus on FE)
- Excellent knowledge of Javascript and related FE technologies (React, Typescript, Webpack etc)
- Good working knowledge of creating high-performance interfaces using fundamental rendering technologies such as WebGL, Canvas API or related 2D graphics libraries (e.g. PixiJS, Skia etc)
- Experience in developing interactive products with realtime technologies (e.g. Websocket)
- Good knowledge of Java and related technologies (e.g. Maven, Spring Boot etc)
- Good knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache etc)
- Working basic knowledge of infra technologies and processes (deployment, contracts, gRPC etc) to co-design solutions with our other engineers
- Working knowledge of microservices architecture
- Working knowledge of distributed event stream platforms for high-performance data pipelines (e.g. Kafka etc)
