About the Team

The APJ Marketing team is a high-performing, collaborative group driving growth across Asia-Pacific's most diverse markets. We partner closely with sales, customer success, and global teams to deliver locally resonant programs while scaling regional impact. Based across Asia, Japan, and ANZ, we're passionate about building meaningful customer experiences and constantly experimenting to innovate faster together.

About the Role

We're looking for an ANZ Regional Field Marketing Manager to drive significant pipeline growth across Australia and New Zealand through targeted, locally-relevant marketing programs. As the owner of ANZ's marketing plan, you'll develop and execute comprehensive regional plans that connect global campaigns with local market realities.

Working closely with both global and local teams, you'll manage the complete ANZ marketing plan, from budget management to campaign execution, ensuring our programs resonate with Australian and New Zealand audiences while delivering measurable business impact.

What you’ll do

  • Execute strategic field programs including executive events, sponsored activations, targeted webinars, and account-specific campaigns aligned to sales priorities
  • Localise and amplify global campaigns, adapting messaging and experiences for ANZ markets and cultural nuances
  • Collaborate with APJ teams on scalable program rollouts and shared objectives
  • Partner with sales and CS teams to ensure tight alignment on key accounts, pipeline targets, and market opportunities
  • Track and optimise program performance through clear KPIs (pipeline contribution, lead quality, engagement metrics) with regular ROI reporting
  • Manage event budgets and external vendor relationships for seamless program delivery

What you’ll need

  • 5-8 years B2B field or regional marketing experience in SaaS/enterprise tech with proven success executing programs across ANZ
  • Strong track record in event marketing, campaign activation, and account-based marketing with measurable pipeline impact
  • Experience localising global campaigns and working effectively in matrixed organisations across cultural differences
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Highly organised project management capabilities to handle multiple simultaneous initiatives across regions and time zones

What's in it for you

  • Competitive equity package
  • Private health insurance program
  • Salary continuance insurance and Life insurance coverage
  • Free lunches on in-hub days with fully stocked snacks and drinks
  • Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
  • Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
  • Opportunity to work for a globally diverse team
