The Strategic Programs & Operations team is responsible for driving complex cross-functional projects and implementation of programs, systems and processes to optimize the way our business runs.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated self starter to join Miro’s Strategic Programs & Operations team to drive progress with some of our largest & most strategic customers in specific industry verticals. The role will support the Miro’s Chief Transformation Officer & program leadership to develop ideas for new strategies, run experiments and pilots to test these, and if successful, roll these out across the organization.

The successful candidate will be working as part of the core team of professionals that are building out our industry verticals, as well as will collaborate closely with other functions, including Product, GTM and Ops teams. You will be responsible for helping Miro to create and execute vertical specific strategies from the ground up, working in a startup-like environment within the wider Miro organization.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Chief Transformation Officer and the Program lead to identify initiatives to grow usage of Miro in specific industry verticals
  • Carry out research and analysis to determine and evaluate business impacts of proposed initiatives
  • Lead on testing & evaluating of ideas before scaling them across the wider business
  • Support GTM field teams with initiatives to drive strategies for specific Miro customers
  • Provide day to day program management of a portfolio of initiatives that are being scaled across the business

What you’ll need

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy/operations roles in a SaaS/tech company requiring a blend of analytical, strategic, and cross-functional work. Experience in strategy / management consulting is a plus
  • Strong understanding of GTM functions and how product development works in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Track record of executing on “0 to 1” projects: experimental mindset and ability to test & learn
  • Strong operational and change management experience, with a track record of driving complex projects with multiple stakeholders to success
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact effectively across the organization including with senior executives
