The Role:
Minted is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented temporary Engagement and Events Coordinator to support the Artist Relations team. This role is ideal for a personable, highly-organized individual passionate about supporting independent artists and designers. This role will support the Artist Relations team with artist community communications and logistics for their 3-day artist retreat in February 2026, as well as support other artist engagement opportunities such as meet-ups and virtual events. Note: this role will be expected to travel with the team to attend the artist retreat in Nashville, Tennessee February 22-25, 2026.
Dates: July 1, 2025 - February 27, 2026
You will:
- Assist with communication, scheduling, and other event logistics for annual 3-day retreat (Camp Minted)
- Coordinate logistics of additional artist meetups around the world by supporting venue research, vendor outreach, and attendee communication
- Support speaker outreach and vendor communication by tracking deadlines and assisting with follow-ups and logistics
- Assist in planning engaging events and education sessions locally and virtually for the artist community
- Aid in occasional community management on Slack, by posting announcements and facilitating engagement in our community Buddy Group program and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive tone
- Collaborate-cross functionally with other departments to ensure alignment on artist communications and community initiatives
- Contribute ideas to help evolve and improve artist engagement and community programming strategies
- Occasionally provide email and inbox coverage supporting general community questions

- Highly organized and detail-oriented. You love checking things off your to-do list and you sweat the details
- A strong writer and verbal communicator
- Collaborative and a team player who thrives in a team environment and is willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Proactive, resourceful, self-directed, and unafraid to take initiative to solve problems
- Enthusiastic about events and enjoy thinking through how to create memorable, meaningful experiences
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
You have:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience in communications, event coordination, marketing, or customer service a plus. Internship or volunteer experience welcome!
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication skills
- A detail-oriented work style and can manage multiple timelines and tasks simultaneously
- A proactive and can-do attitude and are eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Experience with email marketing tools and customer support or CRM tools a plus
Compensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from Minted. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.
Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated job responsibilities, and/or other business or organizational needs.
