Supply Chain Specialist - Wholesale

Minted is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our rapidly growing Wholesale Supply Chain team. This individual is responsible for coordinating the activities of third party partners in executing the in-store merchandising of Minted products based on internal priorities, tracking operational data, and reporting key information to internal and external partners to help drive the business.

You Will:

  • Own overall responsibility for the success of Minted’s 3rd party merchandising program
  • Hold 3rd party merchandisers accountable, continually drive improvements in operational efficiency
  • Track data associated with our 3rd party merchandisers to ensure completion compliance for everyday and seasonal programs
  • Monitor our third party logistics provider for flawless execution of weekly orders
  • Develop and implement accurate, scalable reporting for performance metrics across our wholesale greeting card supply chain
  • Analyze consumer feedback and quality metrics, and work closely with manufacturing network to identify and drive quality improvement of Minted products
  • Evaluate monthly cost performance by analyzing invoices and inventory investments; review invoices for approval
  • Support the launch and execution of new wholesale programs and partners by delivering wholesale partner requirements, such as item set up, testing, and audits

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics or related field
  • 2-3 years experience working in operations or supply chain
  • Experience working with large sets of data and information and the ability to understand and manipulate them
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
The compensation range for the role applies to both employment offers and Minted employees actively working in the role. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.
Geo Base Full Salary Range 0 - Includes SF Bay Area $59,203 - 88,805 (Midpoint $74,004)
Geo Base Full Salary Range 1 - All non-SF CA, DC, NY - $54,467 - 81,700 (Midpoint $68,084)
Geo Base Full Salary Range 2 - Includes CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, OR, RI, TX, VT, VA, WA - $50,323- $75,484 (Midpoint $62,903)
Geo Base Full Salary Range 3 - Includes AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, WI, WV, WY - $46,178- $69,268 (Midpoint $57,723)
