About the team
As a key operational partner within the Talent team, you will help drive Mambu’s global growth by ensuring the seamless execution of learning systems, onboarding experiences, and talent reporting. Working closely with the Senior Talent Manager and cross-functional teams like Sales Enablement and Talent Development, you will maintain program organization while gaining high-level visibility into major people-growth initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape scalable operations and advance your own career in talent development within a high-performing, values-driven environment.
What you’ll do
Programme Planning, Operations & Reporting
- End-to-End Program Logistics: Lead global planning, communications, and scheduling for learning and performance activities, including the management of workshop materials and enrollments.
- Systems & Content Ownership: Oversee the seamless operation of internal talent platforms and content, specifically Mambu Academy, Coursera, and SAP Talent.
- Central Operational Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program timelines, learner data, and inquiries to ensure consistent stakeholder alignment e.g. for Global Onboarding.
Learning Systems, Data & Reporting
- Data-Driven Insights: Track engagement and completion metrics to produce clear reports that drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
- System & Reporting: Maintain systems data for all learning activities to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Vendor & Process Oversight: Manage external providers and facilitators by handling scheduling, contract administration, and end-to-end invoice processing.
Onboarding
- End-to-End Onboarding: Manage Global/Commerical Onboarding operations and cross-functional logistics to ensure readiness and a high-quality experience for every new hire.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance onboarding quality as the organization scales globally.
Team Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with Talent Development team, directing enquiries efficiently to connect colleagues with the right support to continually improve programme delivery.
- Support external audit and Works Council requirements with accurate data and programme evidence.
What you’ll bring
- Experience coordinating learning or talent initiatives within HR, Talent or L&D.
- Strong digital capability with learning and/or HR systems (LMS, Coursera or SAP Talent desirable).
- Solid data mindset with the ability to interpret insights and share meaningful reports.
- Outstanding organisational skills relating to stakeholders, priorities and timelines.
- Confident communication, building trust and clarity in a global environment.
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working independently.

- The base salary for this position is €3330 gross (before taxes) monthly.
