The Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales is a senior sales leadership role responsible for the overall revenue growth and achievement of quota based targets. Expanding business in existing markets in which we operate and winning new clients/logos in new untouched markets. You will be accountable for defining the GTM plan in markets across the APAC region. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep expertise in enterprise software, cloud technology, and the financial services sector.
What you’ll do
- You will help our Customers design and implement efficient, performant and scalable technology architectures centred around Mambu.
- You will advise, consult and train Customers on the usage of Mambu’s integration capabilities to ensure use of best practices.
- You will design and POC orchestrations for functional gaps and guide our Customers on their implementation.
- You will coordinate with our product and engineering teams to identify enhancements and improvements to Mambu’s offering
- You will work with new and existing Customers in a variety of engagements ensuring that execution is on track, we deliver value and exceed customer expectations.
What you’ll bring
- You have a strong technical background designing and implementing integration architectures leveraging public cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
- You have a deep understanding of web services, APIs, webhooks and streaming services and their practical application in various use cases.
- You have excellent verbal and written communications skills being able to tailor your approach to technical and non-technical audiences, managing customer relationships and stakeholders, and producing high quality documentation and deliverables.
- You are customer obsessed, a consultant at heart and with a proactive mindset to solve problems and drive positive outcomes.
- You have experience in a service environment, preferably consulting in financial services with strong knowledge of core banking systems.
