Overview
The Senior IT Program Manager is a hands-on, cross-functional individual contributor responsible for driving execution of key initiatives across the IT organization. This role supports LegalZoom’s current IT Strategy focused on Strategic Integration—standardizing tools, consolidating platforms, enabling AI, and improving operational efficiency.
You will
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT programs
- Drive execution across Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure, Security, Workplace, and IT Operations
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, plans, and measurable outcomes
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination in a matrixed environment
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Establish program governance and deliver clear executive reporting
Key focus areas:
- Platform consolidation and system integration
- Tool standardization (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence)
- ITSM and SaaS governance (Freshservice, automation, cost management)
- Cloud, security, and DevOps alignment (AWS, identity, CI/CD)
- AI enablement and automation across IT and business workflows
You have
- 5+ years of IT program/project management experience
- Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs
- Experience across multiple IT domains (systems, infrastructure, security, tools)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery and tools (e.g., Jira, reporting dashboards)
- Analytical, data-driven problem solver comfortable in fast-paced environments
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Oracle ERP and HCM, AWS, Workato, ITSM tools, and AI initiatives
The salary range for this role is $105,300-$168,500. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
