Overview
The Lead Operations Supervisor keeps the sales operation running smoothly by making sure leads are clean, moving quickly, and distributed fairly. This role helps protect revenue by preventing lead backlogs, spotting lead quality or volume issues early, and working closely with Sales, Business Development, and Client Support to get the most value out of every opportunity.
This position will be onsite at our Las Vegas, NV office.
You will
Own the full lifecycle of lead data, from intake and scrubbing to distribution and recycling, ensuring no backlog and balanced allocation across sales reps
Distribute inbound leads across sales teams within defined SLAs, ensuring leads are always moving and fairly assigned
Monitor lead flow, contact rates, and performance trends, proactively alerting leadership to volume or quality issues
Execute regular lead recycling (“Second Pass”) initiatives to maximize lead value and fully utilize lead inventory
Track and report lead performance by rep, partner, and lead type
Co-manage the Client Support Team by overseeing productivity, schedules, SOP adherence, and weekly alignment meetings
You have
Experience managing lead data, CRM systems, and sales distribution workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of leads accurately
Analytical and reporting skills to identify trends, gaps, and solve problems proactively
Experience working closely with sales teams and collaborating across functions
Clear communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Actual compensation will depend on several factors, but the annual average compensation is around
$52,000.
