Overview

This role is responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position requires a results-oriented individual who excels in sales, follow-up, and client communication while maintaining professionalism at all times. The role also involves periodic travel, including attendance at live events and affiliate functions, to support business development and client engagement.

This position will be on-site at our Las Vegas, NV office.

You will
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and client support.
  • Achieve a minimum production requirement (MPR) of $20,000 in weekly sales.
  • Attend and represent the company at live affiliate events on weekends, as required, to support business development and client engagement.
  • Generate and submit at least 3 client testimonials weekly.
  • Perform consistent follow-up calls to manage your pipeline, working “No Sales” and maintaining lead activity.
  • Manage leads and ensure that untouched or unworked leads are contacted appropriately to maximize conversions.
  • Convert opportunities referred by the CSD, Renewals, PCS, Credit, and Legal teams into closed sales.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, tick sheets, charts, and other approved sales materials in a timely manner.
You have
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales, corporate analysis, or business development.
  • Strong ability to manage leads, pipelines, and follow-up processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed weekly revenue production goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
