Job description

As the Planning Lead for the Ticketing Machine Project, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our offline physical touchpoints. Your mission is to convert walk-in traffic into Klook users, deepen our integration with top-tier attraction partners, and pioneer new offline revenue streams. You will act as the "glue" between R&D, Hardware Vendors, and Business Development teams.

What you'll do

  • Product & Hardware Orchestration:
  • Be subject matter expert of this business domain and obtain deep understanding of customer and merchant pain points through a number of ways eg on-site observations, interviewing customer and merchant operational personnel, etc
  • Partner with R&D to design a seamless software solution for the kiosks, balancing a smooth user journey with technical feasibility.
  • Manage the selection, procurement, and implementation cycles with hardware vendors across various markets.
  • Commercial Enablement:
  • Equip the BD team with compelling selling points to secure prime placement at attractions.
  • Customise UI/UX flows to meet the specific needs of merchant partners without compromising the core product scalability.
  • Operational Excellence & Growth:
  • Define and track the success metrics
  • Build the operational playbook and run day-to-day operations for machine maintenance, logistics, and merchant support
  • Stakeholder & Strategic Management:
  • Lead cross-functional communications involving Finance, Legal, Customer Service and Data teams.

What you'll need

  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Operations, Strategic Project Management, or O2O business models.
  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in "Physical-meets-Digital" sectors is highly preferred
  • Technical Savvy: You don't need to code, but you must understand API integrations and hardware-software handshakes to lead R&D discussions effectively.
  • Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to influence various stakeholders
  • Regional Mindset: Experience navigating the nuances of the APAC markets.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in setting up tracking dashboards and interpreting O2O data to pivot strategy quickly.
