What you will do:

• Support merchant information setup and product onboarding processes on the platform
• Conduct test bookings to ensure product setup and booking flow are functioning properly
• Create instructional materials for booking processes
• Coordinate with third-party partners to facilitate onboarding, testing, and issue resolution
• Handle post-booking issues and provide operational support to ensure smooth customer experience
• Work closely with Business Development (BD) and Planning teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution
• Provide cross-functional support for ongoing operational tasks and projects

What you will need:

• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in presentation deck creation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Globally minded and able to collaborate with diverse teams
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
