As a Growth Marketing Associate, you are a critical driver of our marketing strategy. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own market intelligence, key account strategy, and the marketing operations that keep campaigns running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Strengthen key accounts' competitiveness through close market monitoring (pricing, promotions) and timely, data-driven solutions, tracking and optimizing performance in real time to balance competitive edge with business impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, supply, BD) to secure resources and drive consensus.
• Manage marketing operations and resources (e.g., promo codes, landing pages, contractor support) to ensure smooth, error-free execution and continuous workflow improvement.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives or projects as needed to drive business objectives.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years in OTA, eCommerce, or tech startups; marketing operations or project management experience preferred. Familiarity with AI applications or workflow automation is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
• A start-up attitude—hands-on, curious, organized, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
