- Merchant Management: Assist in taking ownership of merchant management across various verticals at Klook.
- Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience
- Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required)
- Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations – we value fast learners!
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeat purchases.
- Fast learner who can pick up new systems and tools quickly
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Highly adaptable in fast-changing environments, with a can-do attitude
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity

- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
