1. 5年以上在互联网、快消、电商或文旅品牌内容营销，市场营销、品牌营销经验。
2. 具备成熟营销框架方法论，审美在线，文字功底扎实
3. 熟悉小红书社交商业化玩法，有旅游行业运营经验加分
4. 英文书写及表达良好，通过4级或有雅思/托福分数
工作内容：
1. 通过分析节点、目的地消费趋势及产品USP，进行目的地和产品的内容营销策略构思并落地。
2. 对所负责目的地项目的营收、ROI、增长获客负责。
3. 与内部产品团队紧密沟通协作，帮助优化产品线及迭代策略。
4. 配合KA项目、季度性Campaign的落地执行。
