核心职责 (Key Responsibilities)

1. 全球供应战略与组织提效

  • 顶层规划: 制定并执行全球用车(租车、接送机、包车)的年度供应战略,将业务指标转化为可落地的供应侧演进路线图。
  • 人效与管理: 领导并赋能分布在不同区域的 BD 团队,通过标准化作业流程(SOP)和 AIGC 工具应用提升整体开发人效,确保全球各目的地供应均衡发展。

2. 深度商业博弈与供应链护城河

  • KA 深度经营: 负责全球顶级车行、流量聚合商(GDS)及大型区域性供应商的战略谈判,确立独家协议、最优商业条件及灵活的库存机制。
  • 非标品标准化: 针对“包车/定制车”等高度非标产品,设计并推行全球统一的服务质量标准与履约体系,建立 Klook 的品牌护城河。

3. 数据驱动的运营闭环

  • 动态策略分析: 联动商业分析团队(BA),通过市场供需模型、价格敏感度分析,实时调整供应侧策略,确保在高并发节假日期间的库存确定性。
  • 损益负责: 对业务的 Take Rate(抽佣率)及 Gross Profit 负责,在激烈的价格战中寻找结构性获利空间。

4. 跨部门联动与产品创新

  • Glocal 协同: 衔接中国区市场部的流量需求与海外目的地的供应节奏,实现“流量与资源”的精准错配调节。
  • 技术驱动业务: 协同产品团队优化供应商后台(Merchant Portal),降低供应商操作门槛,实现供应链端的全面数字化。

任职要求 (Key Requirements)

1. 行业背景与经验

  • 8 年(含)以上 相关经验,至少 3 年以上大型互联网平台或知名 OTA(如 Uber, Grab, Booking, 携程等)相关业务的中高层管理经验。
  • 拥有成功的全球化/跨境业务实操案例,对日本、东南亚或澳新等核心市场的旅游交通生态有深刻理解。

2. 核心胜任力

  • 战略穿透力: 能够从海量碎片信息中识别行业趋势,具备在极度不确定环境下做出快速决策的能力。
  • 高级商务沟通: 具备极强的跨文化沟通与冲突处理能力,能在复杂的利益相关方(B端供应商、内部法务/财务、外部政府监管)中达成共识。
  • 数据敏锐度: 能够熟练运用 SQL、Tableau 或 Python 逻辑进行深度经营分析者优先。

3. 语言与软实力

  • 精通英语及普通话(听、说、读、写)作为工作语言,具备在国际化办公环境中自信表达与演讲的能力。
  • Ownership & Resilience: 具备创业者心态,能抗压,对解决复杂链路下的突发状况充满热情。
