This position focuses on the strategic account management and growth of Klook’s Hotel vertical. As one of our fastest-growing business units, we are seeking a results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to scale our hotel partnerships.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with key hotel partners to build sustainable, long-term strategic partnerships.

  • Cost & Product Optimization: Lead business negotiations to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals. Monitor supply health, including pricing competitiveness and inventory availability (room types, allotments, etc.), to ensure superior and stable product quality.

  • Performance Analysis & Deal acquisition: Track and analyze sales performance using data-driven insights and market trends. Develop actionable sales plans that enable hotel partners to maximize their sales opportunities through Klook.

  • Supply Expansion: Identify and onboard high-potential hotel properties. Curate a high-quality portfolio with competitive pricing to meet the demands of our rapidly expanding user base.

  • Cross-Functional Collaborations: Work closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, planning and operation teams. Collaborate with cross-vertical BD teams to leverage Klook’s strengths and brand value and enhance Klook’s competitive advantage in the market.

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • 3+ years of working experiences in business development, preferably in hotel OTAs, travel industries or E-commerce

  • Proactive, self-motivated personality and a team player

  • Data-driven and strategic thinking skill, proficiency in written and verbal communications

  • Fluency in Japanese and English, understand Mandarin is a plus

  • Globally-minded and is comfortable with changes in business objectives
