Senior Associate, Marketing Operations (Destination Partnerships)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and resourceful Marketing Operations Associate to join our Destination Partnerships team in Asia. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes enabler ensuring that marketing campaigns for tourism boards run smoothly — from pitch to post-campaign.

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of marketing coordination, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. You’ll help bring campaigns to life through structured processes, cross-functional collaboration, and tight execution. As the team scales, this role offers growth opportunities into regional campaign management and planning.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Support & Marketing Ops

  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and internal reviews to support smooth campaign execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. design, paid ads, content, local marketing) to prepare decks, proposals, and reporting materials

  • Consolidate campaign performance data and develop supporting insights and post-campaign recommendations

  • Maintain internal records and documentation to support knowledge sharing and campaign benchmarking

Team Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee administrative processes including payment requests, invoicing, and basic finance tracking

  • Liaise with Legal to route contracts and ensure timely documentation

Partner & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact during campaign execution to manage partner queries on deliverables

  • Represent the team in internal meetings and coordinate with regional marketing teams to align on priorities

  • Ensure timely communication and updates between stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle

Ad-Hoc Projects & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to special initiatives that improve campaign workflows, internal processes, or stakeholder experience

  • Support internal retrospectives and help identify ways to scale campaign operations efficiently

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or sales support roles

  • Meticulously organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal — confident managing multiple stakeholders

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in the travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry

  • Hands-on exposure to digital marketing channels or campaign management

  • Basic familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, Looker, or Google Analytics)

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are launched smoothly and on time, with no gaps in execution

  • Invoice and payment workflows are handled seamlessly

  • Internal teams feel supported, and external partners feel confident in Klook’s ability to deliver

  • You help us move faster, scale smarter, and execute better
