As a Specialist, Process Excellence, you will play a key role in optimizing operational processes and improving knowledge management within the Operations Excellence (OEX) team. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing existing workflows, implementing process improvements, and managing knowledge base (KB) content to enhance efficiency and accessibility. You will work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvements and ensure that operational procedures remain effective, user-friendly, and up to date.
What will you do?
Process Optimization: Develop efficient processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Process Analysis: Assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.

Content Organization and Management (KB Articles):
Structure content in a clear and user-friendly format.
Implement categorization and tagging for easy navigation and searchability.
Regularly review and update knowledge base content to maintain relevance.

Continuous Improvement:
Gather user feedback and leverage analytics to identify content gaps and areas for enhancement.
Proactively recommend and implement improvements to the knowledge base.
Collaborate with the OEX team to enhance knowledge management strategies.
What you'll need?
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Basic analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency (Traditional and/or Simplified) is an advantage.
