工作内容：

1、负责小红书平台达人资源招募、管理和维护；
2、协助完成达人推广计划，负责达人前期沟通、中期小红书笔记选题规划和内容审核以及后期数据复盘，保证内容质量和时效性；
3、协助策划季度性社交媒体Campaign及跨部门沟通需求；
4、与产品团队沟通和跟进每月产品推广事宜。
