Senior Associate/Associate Manager, Destination Planning & Growth (Hotels)

What you’ll do?

  • Support objectives on driving revenue & profitability performance for Hotel vertical for targeted markets: Japan, Taiwan Thailand

  • Support on initiatives and work with the market development team to drive product performance metrics such as conversions, inventory availability, margins and destination’s overall profitability

  • Analyze project performance and track BD teams acquisition status to improve product competitiveness and customer experience

  • Support on alignment with marketing teams to drive tactical supplier-led campaigns

What you’ll need?

  • 3-5 years in strategy or growth operations in industries like travel, ecommerce, online travel agency or tech startups

  • Strong analytical skills, passionate about data, and experienced in Excel

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English & Mandarin. Other languages is a plus

  • Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment

  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required

  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones

  • Ability to influence the organization including senior stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree or above

It's Great if you have:

  • Track record and direct experience in building financial simulations, modeling and projections models

  • Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects

  • Experience in travel products such as Airline, Hotels, Car Rental business

  • Working knowledge of SQL
