What you’ll do:
Partner with senior leaders to help drive business performance using sound HR knowledge in the areas of workforce planning, change management, employee productivity, recruitment and selection, and employee relations;
Continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources programs relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes as well as the overall business plans;
Monitor and measure HR metrics/KPIs dashboard to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention;
Cultivate managers and employees to be aligned with Klook’s direction and market expectations
Implement and execute employee relations programs/practices that create a positive organizational culture and enable manager effectiveness;
Mitigate risk and be proactive with legal considerations relating to local employment law;
Manage local Office Experience (OX) person to support the smooth running of our regional office locations on a day-to-day basis, and execute culture and engagement activities and events.
Manage local People & Rewards Operations (POps) person to support local people processes and compliance, and mitigate workforce risk, including onboarding, employee data, payroll, and benefits administration.
Manage other P&C functions as needed.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
What you’ll need:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Law, or any related major.
At least 7 years' experience working at the capacity of HRBP or HR generalist.
Strong leadership – inspire colleagues and provide the best support for their growth
Strong communication skills – effectively connect employees and business leaders.
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen - Able to learn quickly and catch up with the speed of growth
Able to work independently and create strong partnerships across the organization.
Well-versed in Korean labor law and remaining consistently updated on regulatory changes;
Proficient in both Business level English and Korean
