What you'll do :
1. Operations: Provide day-to-day operational support to Klook's merchants including but not limited to product updates, settlement, and fixing booking issues to help them maximize sales potential via Klook.
2. Acquisition: Conduct cold calls, clearly deliver Klook brand value to potential business partners, and negotiate best commercial terms.
3. Account Management: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, content, and booking flow, and maintain a market-leading position at all times.
4. Other projects, tasks assigned by the managers
What you'll need:
1. A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
4. Global-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
5. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
6. Familiar with Google Workspace & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Fresh grad students are welcome. Work / Internship experience in OTA / E-commerce Industry or the travel industry is a plus
