What you’ll do:

• Develop key strategies for content affiliates based on user behavior, industry insights, product line up, and potential impact.

• Research, identify, and prioritize partnership opportunities.

• Implement and execute partnership campaigns.

• Handle and scale Kreator initiative in the market by working with top influencers

• Maintain strong knowledge of all in-house technology and handle technical discussions leading to successful implementation with affiliate partners.

• Collaborate with cross-function marketing groups and product lines to deliver high-impact partnership projects.

• Daily communication with affiliate partners, including merchant sponsorship negotiation, cooperation enhancement.

• Seize the SEO trending for affiliate's content and session optimizations and dynamically adjust.

What you’ll need:

• 4-6+ years experience in digital marketing, digital agency, or e-commerce environment.

• Marketing sense and know-how especially on Affiliate and KOC marketing. A candidate with experience in SEO Marketing will be a plus.

• Strong ability in planning, execution, and negotiation. Meanwhile, owning a growth mindset and ownership.

• Experience in PR including PR content development and media relations would be a good plus.

• Able to create metrics to measure and achieve goals.

• Able to initiate projects, define time and scope.

• Able to balance company internal and external factors when planning and making decisions.

• Fluent in data, able to manipulate data to make decisions, detect inaccuracies, and review project results.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, a good team player.

• A start-up attitude and globally-minded – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

• Good communication skills: ask/ give feedback
