Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HKMO attraction, T&A, F&D and mobility verticals, ensuring smooth, efficient and accurate processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor operation and business performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and meet account requirements
  • Provide data and insightful analysis support for vertical or account level business decisions
  • Lead and manage projects within the HKMO business unit, including product launches and strategic initiatives
  • Set SOPs and SLAs to streamline general operational work and monitor quality
  • Coordinate cross-team projects between BD and Ops teams
  • Lead data analysis, operational improvement initiatives, and cross-team communication for the business verticals
  • Liaise with Product Management, Pricing, Supply Innovation, Global Distribution Sales, Legal and Planning teams on general operational matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, key account management, or project management within the travel industry or e-commerce, with OTA background preferred
  • Proven experience in people management and project management, with expertise in planning, execution, and communication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Start-up mindset with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, international team
