What you'll do

  • Plan and execute partnership & affiliate marketing strategy; research, identify and prioritize partnership & affiliate opportunities; implement and carry out partnership promotions for revenue uplift and brand awareness; and strengthen and expand affiliate partnership to acquire and secure quality traffic.

  • Support work at both the planning level by developing innovative ideas for hypergrowth and at the tactical level by managing partnership and affiliate campaign execution, maintaining key accounts, building new relationships, and analyzing insights.

  • Develop key strategies for partnership & affiliate development based on user behavior, industry insights, competitive landscape, and product understanding.

  • Manage and execute all processes and discussions in finalizing such partnerships and affiliate relationship (i.e. lead generation, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration and follow up)

  • For B2B partnership, acquire and maintain strong knowledge of all in-house technology and handle technical discussions leading to the successful implementation and seamless integration with partners’ systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high impact partnership projects

  • Monitor the success of each partner & affiliate and manage relationships

What you'll need

  • 6+ years of solid experience in business development, market intelligence, strategic partnerships & affiliate management, and e-commerce marketing.
    * Background in sales and account management is a plus

  • Proven track record in business development and/or strategic partnership & affiliate marketing.

  • Strong organizational skills, results-driven and detail-oriented work ethics, along with the forte in interpersonal and relationship building abilities.

  • Confident and outgoing personality with negotiation skills, comfortable approaching new people outside your own network and building new constructive relationships.

  • Digital savvy, good analytical and administrative skills.

  • Command of English and Korean for written and spoken business communication

  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different global offices and different cultural backgrounds.

  • A start-up attitude and globally-minded – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude.
