- Execute SEO optimization to ensure personal OKR and company goals achieved.
- Conduct session, CTR, CVR, revenue etc performance tracking and improvement to achieve OKR and company goals.
- Be the PIC of Freelancers management
- Be the PIC of Blog content write-up
- Be the PIC of Cross team project management to achieve company goals.
- 2+ years of solid experience in digital content creation or related field (Strong content SEO skills required)
- Content management & CMS operation related experience, such as WordPress.
- Knowledge of SEO analysis tools such as Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
- Marketing experience with the market and social senses
- Strong planning, creative thinking, growth mindset and ownership
- Good communication skill
- Passion for travel and a unique sense to grasp the latest industry and market trends
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- A start-up attitude and globally-minded – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
