About this role

This role is responsible for running office operations and planning local engagement activities across Singapore and Indonesia. The ideal candidate should be experienced in overseeing the office operations of multiple markets, and have a passion for improving the employee experience!

What you’ll do

  • Manage office facilities and front desk operations to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations support for Singapore and Indonesia offices

  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, space & safety measures, and overseeing equipment procurement

  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team on payment preparation, inventory control, and budgeting for office operations

  • Establish and enforce office policies and procedures, monitor standards, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency

  • Generate reports and analyses on office operations and employee engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to uphold high employee morale

  • Proactively liaise with the local People & Culture team to facilitate seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Facilitate business travel bookings for employees and review/approve expense claims in accordance with company policies

  • Provide innovative insights and suggestions for streamlining and improving office operations and engagement activities

  • Participate in other People & Culture initiatives and assume additional office operations duties as needed

What you’ll need

  • At least three years of experience in office administration or employee engagement is required.

  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder management abilities to effectively communicate with internal and external parties. Engages stakeholders proactively, ensures their identification, involvement, and timely updates throughout the process.

  • Proficient in problem-solving and resourceful in finding solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

  • A constructive thinker who can articulate the purpose behind tasks and initiatives, and offers suggestions for improvement beyond daily responsibilities.

  • Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take a hands-on
