What you'll do

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Manage campaigns across SEM, social media, display, affiliate marketing, and other digital channels.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in local and central, including social content, brand, campaign, partnership, design, product, and business development, to ensure campaign alignment with brand messaging and objectives.

  • Manage budgets and forecasts for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our marketing strategies.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What you'll need

  • 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels.

  • Proficient in using analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta platform,Google Ads, etc.) to execute and measure and optimize campaign performance.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a high-performing marketing team.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.

  • A passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry's dynamics and trends

  • Good command of English and Korean, both verbal and written communication

  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different offices and different cultural backgrounds.

  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ attitude.
