What you'll do :

  • Ownership: Accountable for growing Hong Kong & Macau as a destination and overall revenue by collaborating with multiple origin markets. Create strategic market plans, product combo and testing of new ideas to efficiently maximize sales opportunities

  • Acquisition: Developing strategic plans together with vertical lead to identify new tourist product opportunities for Hong Kong & Macau following the fast changing tourist/consumer trend.

  • Promotion & Coordination: Act as the key bridge for Hong Kong/Macau as a destination to Origin markets and Business Development to Marketing. Develop promotions plan to help generating more traffic and revenue to the destination page (HK/Macau)

  • Optimization: Commit to delivering world class experience to our customers, in terms of pricing, product mix, combo, bundle package, exclusive privileges, maintain a market leading position at all times.

  • Market Intelligence: Provide market leaders with relevant information on identifying destination market trends and competitor updates.

  • Operations: Coordinate on special promotion set-up together with different market teams

What you’ll need :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development/ Trade Marketing / E-commerce marketing or any related discipline.

  • Proven track record of working across functions/teams and with multiple market coordination experience would be a plus.

  • Strong entrepreneurial and ownership mindset to explore opportunities to grow a long term sustainable market business

  • Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience

  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels, across markets/nationalities and effectively adapts to varied situations.

  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.

  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, able to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources

  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment

  • Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented; sales-driven

  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
