Are you passionate about delivering excellent service and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Operations team in Nykøbing Falster.
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our users and merchants in the US and UK, handling daily communication via email and videocall. You’ll also take on a variety of tasks that ensure smooth operations, elevate our service, and create great experiences for both shoppers and merchants.
What You Will Do
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our US and UK operations team. Your responsibilities will include onboarding merchants and brands, ensuring site quality, and strengthening customer support. You’ll work to create value for partners while helping shoppers discover the best deals.
Beyond daily operations, you’ll be encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute new ideas. A key part of your role will be exploring how tools like OpenAI can help us improve processes and work smarter. What You Bring
At least 2 years of experience in administration, support, or operations.
Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
