Job Description
The Revenue Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally to create, maintain, and operate systems & processes that enable Kipu’s growth. This role will facilitate systems (Salesforce.com), ensure data integrity, and develop analysis that allows the Go-To-Market teams to generate insights that inform the growth strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Build clear reports & dashboards to support business decision making
- Document and maintain key processes and monitor process adherence and adoption
- Manage the creation, analysis and maintenance of reports and dashboards designed to monitor predictive and performance trends
- Perform ad hoc analysis for various departments in the revenue cycle to guide business strategy and support decision making
- Support Sales team with (Salesforce.com) day-to-day reporting needs and management
- Manage data across multiple business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
- Understand key business drivers and utilize that knowledge to analyze and resolve business ops issues and needs
- Manage customer outreach processes and analytics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Report on processes behind customer handoff points: Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Support
- Track, measure, and evaluate KPIs across various operations departments to determine if org objectives are met
- Maintain close coordination with Finance and Sales managers for revenue & financial reporting
- Other responsibilities as defined by the VP of Revenue Operations
Your Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Understanding of standard business practices related to Marketing & Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM, Marketing applications, lead generation, reporting, forecasting, territory management, compensation planning and sales quotas)
- Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor Jr Analysts
- Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level partners
- Experience with GTM tools including Salesforce
- Knowledge of market research, sales and forecasting principles
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Health Industry.
- Experience in EMR or general SaaS Revenue Operations.
