Position Summary
Kipu Health is seeking a relationship-driven, strategic leader to serve as the Senior Strategic Partnership Manager – Billing Partners. This role is responsible for architecting and scaling Kipu’s ecosystem of third-party billing organizations leveraging Kipu RCM as the core technology platform behind the services they deliver to behavioral health providers.
Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships, this role will be accountable for the strategy, development and performance of Kipu’s billing partner channel. The Director will drive increased adoption of Kipu RCM, enable partner led growth, and ensure billing partners deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with Kipu’s standards and customer value proposition.
This role blends partner strategy, channel enablement, revenue growth and cross functional execution to grow Kipu’s billing partner network.
Responsibilities
- Build and Manage Partner Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key third-party billing firms in the behavioral health sector.
- Drive RCM Sales Growth: Expand the use of Kipu RCM as the embedded technology solution offered by billing partners to their provider clients.
- Partner Enablement: Educate partners on the value of Kipu’s RCM platform, provide enablement tools, and ensure they are positioned to advocate for and successfully implement our solutions.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain an accurate view of partner pipeline opportunities and drive toward measurable growth targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver a seamless client and partner experience.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and share insights on industry trends, partner feedback, and competitive positioning to inform product strategy and go-to-market planning.
- Preferred Biller Program: Help shape and grow our Preferred Biller Program, ensuring a high-quality ecosystem of billing partners aligned with Kipu standards and client success goals.
Measures of Success
- Growth in number and quality of active billing partners aligned to Kipu standards
- Increased adoption of Kipu RCM thru partner led channels
- Annual revenue and pipeline contribution from billing partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or business development—preferably in healthcare SaaS and revenue cycle management.
- Strong understanding of the behavioral health landscape, with experience working with or for third-party billing firms a significant plus.
- Demonstrated success in building B2B relationships and growing channel-driven revenue streams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage pipeline metrics and partner performance.
